Cidrification

Cider fermented for 8 months on fine lees.

Distillation

Double distillation in an iron still.

Breeding

In oak barrels of 1200 liters then 400 liters.

Ageing

Calvados AOC Pays d´Auge, 33 years of barrels minimum, resulting from the distillation of 1980, without assembly

Alcoholic strength :

42% vol.

Tastint notes:

  • Color: Mahogany, shiny and limpid

  • Nose: Complex, notes of bitter orange, cocoa, gingerbread.

  • Taste: Dark chocolate, bitter orange, tobacco and a finish on notes of coffee.

Tasting advice:

As a digestif, at room temperature, in a brandy glass.
