About the product:
Body: Shiny golden colour, fine bubbles.
Scent: Rich and fruity, woody, resinous and smoky.
Taste: Fruity, mellow and structured cider with a tannic base and a low acidity, as required for a
typical AOC Pays d'Auge cider.
Serving suggestions:
Aperitif: Serve chilled in a wine glass.
With a meal: Goes well with poultry, white meat in creamy sauces, salads, Normandy cheeses or
apple deserts.
