Cherries in Calvados and Vanilla

An essential part of Normandy cuisine, cherries in Calvados are a delight to dessert lovers.

For their preparation, we select the best cherries which we then leave to macerate in some of our AOC Calvados to which we add a touch of vanilla.

Wrapped in eau-de-vie, the fruit expresses all of its fragrance while the young Calvados gives to the cherry  the sharp and fruity apple flavours that find themselves perfectly associated with vanilla aromas.

This perfect union between cherries and Calvados is always a source of great pleasure for food lovers!
