Calvados Cocktails
A Selection of Fresh and Fruity Cocktails!
Calvados & Tonic

  • 3cl Calvados Blanche
  • 7cl tonic water
  • 1 slice of lemon
  • 2 or 3 ice cubes

Put the ice and lemon slice in a glass, serve the Calvados Blanche, then add the tonic water.

Northern lights

  • 4cl Calvados Blanche
  • 1,5cl Cointreau
  • 5cl guava juice
  • 1cl fresh lemon juice
  • 0,5cl strawberry syrup

Serve all the ingredients in a glass with a few ice cubes and mix with a spoon, or serve all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes, shake and serve.

Apple Mojito

  • 4cl Calvados Blanche
  • 1 lime cut in 4
  • 2 teaspoons of brown sugar
  • 8 mint leaves
  • 8cl ginger ale
  • Crushed ice

In a large glass, put the mint, sugar and lime and crush them using a pestle so as to liberate their aromas. Add the crushed ice, the Calvados Blanche and the ginger ale and serve with a straw.

Canarï

  • 4cl Calvados Blanche
  • 2cl Cointreau
  • 2cl almond syrup
  • 7cl apricot juice

Serve all the ingredients in a glass with a few ice cubes and mix with a spoon, or serve all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes, shake and serve.

Elixir

  • 3cl Calvados Blanche
  • 1cl Passoa
  • 7cl apricot juice
  • 3cl cranberry  juice
  • 1cl strawberry syrup

Serve all the ingredients in a glass with a few ice cubes and mix with a spoon, or serve all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes, shake and serve.

The True Norman

  • 3cl Calvados Blanche
  • 2cl Pommeau de Normandie
  • 6cl apple juice
  • 1 dash of grenadine

Serve all the ingredients in a glass with a few ice cubes and mix with a spoon, or serve all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes, shake and serve.

The Carados

  • 4cl Calvados Blanche
  • 2cl caramel liqueur
  • 1cl grapefruit syrup
  • 8cl cranberry juice
  • A few ice cubes

Serve all the ingredients in a glass with a few ice cubes and mix with a spoon, or serve all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes, shake and serve.

Reine Mathilde


  • 3cl Calvados Blanche
  • 2cl pineapple juice
  • 1cl grenadine
  • 2cl apple juice
  • 1cl vanilla syrup
  • 1 cinnamon stick

Serve all the ingredients, except the cinnamon, in a glass with a few ice cubes and mix with a spoon, or serve all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes, shake and serve. Once the liquids served, add the cinnamon stick into the glass.

The Normandy Kir


  • 2 cl blackcurrent, peach or blackberry liqueur
  • 2 cl Calvados Blanche
  • Add dry Normandy cider to your preference

Serve the liqueur of your choice, then the Calvados Blanche and finish with the cider.

Calvados – Pommeau – Red Fruit Punch

  • Calvados Blanche
  • Pommeau de Normandie
  • Orange or apple juice
  • Grenadine
  • Fruit maceration : orange, lemon, apple, red fruit
  • Add ingredients to suit your taste!

Pour all the liquids into a salad bowl or any other container large enough to hold your punch. Add the red fruit whole, the orange, lemon and apple sliced an place in the refrigerator to macerate for at least one hour, ideally for a whole night.

For the fruit that you will put in the punch we strongly recommend to use organically grown fruit.

As with any punch, you can adapt the recipe with other fruit or fruit juices to suit your taste and imagination!
