This is where my grandfather Victor Revillon d'Apreval used to live and where he began, at the beginning of the 20th century, the planting of our 25 acres of "high branch" apple trees. With the help of his farmer, he elaborated Calvados and Ciders in the tradition of the Pays d'Auge.
Today, it is in this same state of mind that my children (the 4th generation) and I invite you to share this traditional know-how and to taste our unique Pays d'Auge beverages.
