Subtle notes of fruits and spices
including white peper. The flavor
moves quikly from licorice and

A
deep goldel color with reflections
of cooper. A warm, pleasurable
aroma of apples cooking in
the ovenwith vanilla and spices.
The taste is an intense combination
of spicy and woody. Round
finish.

Réserve 10 ans
A brillant gold,
clear amber color. An aroma
of hazelnut, praline and honey.
Flavor begins with creamy sensation
followed by taste of cooked
apples, vanilla and a hint of
spiciness with soft finish.

Light
amber color with a taste of
fresh cooked apple and hints
of vanilla, caramel and lemon.
Aged for 6 month in new oak
and remainder in older barrels
alowing the apple flavor to
